HOW DOES THE LOAN WORK?
You can apply for a loan in just a few minutes! After you submit your application, you will receive an email regarding your pre-approval, if pre-approved. If pre-approved, a customer service representative will shortly reach out to you to verify some of your information and process your loan. Funds are usually deposited directly into your checking account the next business day if your loan application is processed and approved by 4 PM EST. WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO TAKE OUT A LOAN?
You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid checking account, and consistent income for at least 90 days.
IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE A GOOD CREDIT RATING?
No it isn’t. These loans are designed for an emergency when mainstream credit is not available. Credit checks are only done through bureaus in the short term loan industry so your FICO credit score will not be affected.

HOW LONG IS THE LOAN FOR?
The loan can be for any period starting at 1 month and up to 6 months.
HOW MUCH CAN I APPLY FOR?
Our loans are between $100 - $500
WHEN WILL MY PAYMENTS BE SCHEDULED FOR?
All payments are scheduled to correspond with your pay dates.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
We accept payments via ACH, debit card, cashier’s check or money order payable to Lone Star Cash. Please note, your payment must be received before or on your scheduled due date. If a payment is more than 5 days late, it may incur a late charge of $30. Similarly, if any payment submitted to a banking institution comes back returned, it may incur an NSF fee of $30.
If you are mailing a payment, please mail payment to: Lone Star Cash, PO Box 6562, Santa Rosa,CA, 95406. Should you choose to pay via ACH, you may be eligible to receive a lower finance fee.
WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE A PAYMENT OR HAVE CHANGED MY BANK DETAILS?

IS THERE AN UPFRONT FEE?
Not at all. Your application is absolutely free and you are under no obligation to take the loan if it is approved.
CAN I SETTLE EARLY?
Absolutely yes. We encourage our clients to try and pay off their loans quickly. By doing so you will save on the costs, paying only what is due up to the date of settlement.
CAN I BORROW AGAIN?
Yes definitely. As long as you have maintained payment on your existing loan and paid up on time, you may certainly make another application.
HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY APPLICATION/EXISTING LOAN AND/OR RE-APPYLY FOR ANOTHER LOAN?
You will be issued with a user name and password. You can enter these details in the LOG IN
section and this will take you through to view all your account history and details. There will be a re-apply button within this section to apply for another loan should you wish.
