 How does Lone Star Cash protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

 How does Lone Star Cash collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you 
  • Apply for a loan 
  • Give us your income information 
  • Tell us where to send the money 
  • Provide account information 
  • Provide employment information 
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates or other companies.
 Why can't I limit all sharing?
You have the right to limit only: 
  • sharing for affiliates everyday business purposes information about your creditworthiness 
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you 
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

 What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly  with someone else?

Your choices will apply to everyone on your account

 Joint marketing:

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. 
  • Lone Star Cash does not jointly market.



Lone Star Cash is a subsidiary of  Kashia Services, a wholly owned business entity, of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians of the Stewarts Point Rancheria, a federally recognized Indian tribe.
